As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Junior Motion Designer to join our Sydney studio.
The Role
This role contributes to the design and production of motion graphics, animation and multimedia content across brand, campaign and digital projects.
Working closely with Creative Leads and Motion Designers, you will create motion design assets, develop strong technical foundations and contribute to the delivery of high-quality work for global clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career motion designer to grow their craft within a collaborative, design-led studio environment.
What You’ll Do
You will support the creative execution of projects by:
Creating motion graphics and animation assets that meet project briefs and NSS quality standards
Contributing to the design and production of multimedia content across brand, campaign and digital projects
Implementing feedback efficiently and positively to refine work
Preparing assets, versioning files, formatting deliverables and supporting exports
Managing your tasks and deadlines while communicating progress clearly
Contributing creative ideas, references and inspiration during concept development
Continuously improving your craft through learning, experimentation and mentorship
Skills & Experience
We’re looking for someone with strong foundations and a genuine passion for motion design.
You may have:
A degree in motion design, animation, graphic design, visual communications or multimedia design
Demonstrated competency in 2D and/or 3D animation
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
A strong visual sensibility and attention to detail
A collaborative mindset and positive communication style
Curiosity and motivation to continually improve your craft

Remuneration
Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 + Super (depending on experience)
