About Us
At Never Sit Still, we make motion to move people. We’re a Sydney-based motion design studio known for creating bold, beautiful and impactful animation and motion branding for clients globally. We’re a close-knit, creatively driven team who value great ideas, strong collaboration and high craft.
We’re currently taking expressions of interest from talented and experienced Creative Directors to join our leadership team and help shape the future of design and motion at NSS. While this role is full time, we’re open to discussing a contract based creative residency for the right person.
The Opportunity
As Creative Director, you will guide the creative vision and craft excellence at NSS. You’ll play a key leadership role within the studio - inspiring others, elevating creative thinking, and helping shape our culture, systems and standards.
NSS is a fast-paced studio handling multiple high-profile projects at once, so you’ll thrive here if you love leading from the front, supporting a team across varied briefs, and delivering consistently world-class work.
What we’re looking for:
10+ years' experience in a relevant creative field, with demonstrated leadership experience
A strong creative point of view and taste, evidenced by your reel or portfolio
Experience directing or creating motion, branding, or both
Experience leading and developing a creative team
The ambition to lead and help shape the next chapter of Never Sit Still
