Never Sit Still (NSS) is on the hunt for a talented Producer to join our team and help deliver bold, beautiful motion and design work.
You’ll be the heart of the project — running timelines, managing resources, liaising with clients, and ensuring every project that leaves our studio is work we’re proud of.
What you’ll do:
Manage end-to-end production of small to mid-sized projects
Work directly with clients to scope and deliver exceptional work
Keep teams resourced efficiently and projects on track
Support Senior Producers on larger projects
Handle quotes, budgets, schedules, documentation, and QC
Contribute to our vibrant team culture
Coordinate team events and manage internal comms
What we’re looking for:
3+ years’ experience in creative production (agency/studio)
Excellent communicator and proactive problem-solver
Organised, confident with timelines, and calm under pressure
Comfortable with animation workflows and creative tech tools
A collaborative, kind, and curious team player
